What we collect
When you send a request, we collect what you type:
- first name
- phone number
- ZIP code
- the pests you picked
- timing and any notes
We also record the page you were on and how you reached the site (for example, a search engine or an ad).
Calls and texts
If you call or text our number, the phone service records the number you called from and the message, with the time. Calls may be recorded so we can confirm your request reached the company. The call is connected to one local pest control company.
Who we share it with
We share your request with one independent pest control company with a Tennessee charter that serves your area, so they can contact you about it. The local company we refer you to may pay us for our referral service. Otherwise we share your information only with the service providers that run this website, our phone line and our email, or when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, such as pages viewed, clicks on the phone number and form submissions. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and device information; you can block it with your browser settings or Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). We don't run advertising trackers.
Your choices
Call or text (901) 668-7063 to see or delete the information we hold about you. To stop texts from the company, reply STOP.
